Section 245
Don't walk around with burglary tools
(1) No one shall walk or enter or attempt to enter someone's house premises with the intention of committing theft or robbery with tools, goods, weapons, fake keys, gloves, ladders etc. that can be used in theft or robbery.
(2) A person who walks, enters or attempts to enter in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have walked, entered or attempted to enter with intent to commit theft unless proven otherwise.
(3) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year or with a fine of up to ten thousand rupees.
