Section 145
Limitation of Punishment
If the information of any act which is considered as an offense under this Act comes to the knowledge of the Authority through any means or through the investigation or examination of the authorized officer or agency in accordance with the prevailing law, or if it is proved that such act has been committed, a complaint can be filed within six months from that date - And the case should be filed before the court within three months from the date of such complaint.
