Section 41
Imprisonment for Life
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, an offender who commits any of the following offenses shall be sentenced to life imprisonment for the life of such offender:-
(a) inflicting cruel torture or brutally killing,
(b) killed by hijacking an aircraft or blowing up an aircraft,
(c) Killed by kidnapping or hostage taking,
(d) Poisoning in food or drinks consumed in public has caused death (e) Committing or intending to commit genocide to destroy the existence of any caste, caste or sect or (f) Forced to kill.
