Rule 144
Motion

that the Report of the Inquiry Committee be accepted (1) After the discussion on the report in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 143 or after the report of the inquiry committee is received again in the meeting in accordance with sub-rule (4) of the same rule, the chairman of the committee or in his absence any other member of the committee appointed by the chairman to submit a proposal that the recommendation mentioned in the report be accepted. (2) After a proposal is submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1), any member may submit amendments to the report in accordance with the procedure determined by the chairman if he wishes. (3) Brief discussion on the proposal submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) or the amendment submitted in accordance with sub-rule (2) After that, the chairman shall submit all the amendments to the decision-making meeting and then present the recommendations mentioned in the report to the decision-making meeting.
