Rule 142
Report of the Inquiry Committee

(1) The inquiry committee shall investigate each allegation and give reasonable opportunity to the impeached President or Vice-President to present an explanation, consider all the facts and determine whether the impeachment is proven or not and present a report to the meeting along with a recommendation to disclose the reasons and basis. (2) Sub-rule ( 1) The report will be distributed to all members at least two days prior to the date of discussion in the meeting.
