Section 52
Genocide should not be done

(1) No one shall commit or cause the offense of genocide.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), any person who commits any of the following acts with the intention of destroying the existence of any caste, caste, sect or religious group in whole or in part, or commits any conspiracy thereof, shall be deemed to have committed the offense of genocide:-
(a) If the members of such group are systematically murdered at one time or several times,
(b) In case of physical mutilation of the members of such group in one time or several times in a planned way, if they are made physically or mentally disabled,
(c) If the living conditions of the members of such a group are deliberately made difficult by obstructing the supply or movement of essential items such as water, food, fuel, medicine used by such members by estimating the total or partial physical destruction of the members of such a group,
(d) If the members of such group are forced to adopt contraceptive measures with the intention of preventing the birth of infants within such group except for the use of family planning methods adopted voluntarily,
(e) If children born from such group are forcibly transferred to another group.
(3) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished as follows:-
(a) Imprisonment for life in case of offense under Clause (a). (b) In case of an offense under Clause (b) in accordance with this Code, imprisonment for an additional five years and a fine of up to fifty thousand rupees in accordance with this Code. (c) Imprisonment up to ten years in case of offense under Clause (c), (d) or (e).
(4) If the offense under this section is committed by the order or instruction of any person or any organized or unorganized group, the person giving such instruction or the responsible person or persons of such group shall be the main offender.
(5) If the offense under this section is committed collectively or with the involvement of different persons, each person involved in such offense shall be considered equally guilty.
(6) If a person who commits an offense under this section holds a public office, he shall:He cannot claim that he has committed such an offense in the course of following the orders of an officer above F or maintaining law and order or enforcing the law, and he will not be exempted or exempted from punishment based on taking such a claim.
