Section 33
Evaluation of seniority
When giving points due to seniority to employees, a maximum of thirty points will be given at the following rate for working in the following categories:-
(a) at the rate of 3.75 marks per year for working in gazetted third and second class posts,
(b) at the rate of 3 marks every year for working in a gazetted first class post,
(c) At the rate of 2.5 marks every year for working in gazetted third and second class posts. But –
(1) When calculating points for seniority, points will be given in terms of Damasahi for more than one year, every month or day.
(2) For the purpose of this clause, no marks shall be given for the period of absence or extraordinary leave.
