Section 67
Prohibition on receiving donations, gifts, donations, etc. and taking bribes
(1) No employee shall, without the prior approval of the Secretariat, accept any kind of donation, donation, gift or gift from anyone, or ask for donations, without the prior approval of the Secretariat, in such a way as to affect the work of the Legislature-Parliament or the Government of Nepal, or in connection with the Legislature-Parliament or government work. You should not take a match with the person concerned.
(2) If an employee receives a gift from a foreign government or a representative of a foreign government, he/she shall notify the committee and do so as prescribed.
