Section 50
Pension

(1) Employees who have served for a period of twenty years or more will get monthly pension as follows:-
(Total years of service × amount of last salary) ÷ 50 But,
(1) An employee dismissed from the service of the Federal Parliament as a result of being deemed ineligible to serve in the Federal Parliament or any other government service in the future shall not be entitled to pension in accordance with this section,
(2) If it is proved that citizenship, qualification or age has been falsified for the purpose of remaining in the service of the Federal Parliament, such employees will not be given pension.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the employees appointed in the categories and positions where the maximum age for entry into service is 40 years, due to compulsory retirement due to age, their service period is not in a condition to get pension, then such employee's service period shall be increased by a maximum of two years. Pension can be provided.
(3) An employee who has been in the civil service since before 21st Kartik 2049 and has completed 30 years of service can voluntarily retire from the service. Thus, upon retirement, the remaining period of the employee's sixty years of age will be added to his total service period.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the minimum amount of pension shall not be less than half of the starting salary of an employee of the same position and not more than the starting salary of an employee of the same position.
(5) In case of death of an employee who has completed fifteen years of service, a maximum of five years will be added to his service period and his family will be allowed to choose whichever pension or gratuity they want.
(6) If a person who is receiving pension due to his previous service in a government position is subsequently appointed to a position in the Federal Parliament service, he will be entitled to receive pension for the previous service period in accordance with this section.
