Section 12
Retention of rank
Civil servant shall retain rank above his rank in the following cases:-
(a) so long as he continues to serve in that post.
(B) Up to the time when he can be transferred to another post and take charge.
(c) While on leave.
(d) During suspension.
(e) While employed by the Government of Nepal or in non-governmental work or permanently employed in any other position.
