Section 21
Retention of tenure
In the following cases, employees of the Federal Parliament Service shall retain their tenure over their posts:-
(a) so long as he continues to function in that capacity,
(b) while on leave,
(c) During suspension,
(d) When assigned to other work by the Secretariat.
