Section 117
Animals should not be left loose
(1) No one shall leave any animal under his or her control or custody in another's house, land or public road or public place.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
