Section 269
Used tickets cannot be reused
(1) No one, knowing that it is a ticket that has been used once, shall re-use such a ticket as a ticket, erase, scratch or blow away the stamp or mark on the ticket with the intention of using it as a ticket, or make use of it.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
