Rule 47
Questions to be asked of a member introducing a motion or bill

(1) Apart from the minister, any other member presenting the proposal or bill may be asked questions about his bill, resolution proposal or matters within his responsibility related to the work of the meeting. The procedure itself can be applied according to the need.
