Section 30
Suspension and Release of Promotion Appointment
After being recommended for promotion, if an employee is suspended or withholding of promotion or withholding of salary increment until the promotion appointment is made, his promotion appointment shall be suspended for that period and if he is cleared from the suspension or after the promotion suspension period is over, his suspension or promotion shall not be suspended. Only seniority will be maintained by giving appointment.
