Section 29
Cannot be a potential candidate for promotion
Notwithstanding anything written in section 28, an employee shall not be a potential candidate for promotion during the following period in the following cases:-
(a) For suspension during the period of suspension,
(b) During the period of suspension for suspension of promotion,
(c) In case of withholding of salary increment, during the period of suspension,
(d) In case of employees who have changed the group according to section 103, for a period of three years from the date of change of group.
