Section 141
Don't mine or set off explosives
(1) Any person shall plant or place explosive substance or place any inflammable substance or electric detonator (ambush) on a publicly used road or path, place, building, bridge, tunnel or any other place frequented by public. Do not obstruct the use of any other matter of use.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) will be imprisoned for ten years and fined up to one lakh rupees.
