(2) Upon examination of the report received as per sub-section (1), if it is determined that the management or modification of such insurer will have a negative impact on the overall insurance sector, and if it is seen that the financial position of the said insurer will improve when the Government of Nepal invests in such insurer, the authority shall make a recommendation to the Ministry of opinion with the same conclusion. can do
(3) If the recommendation under sub-section (2) is received, the Ministry may invest in the ownership of the shares of such insurer and improve the financial position of the said insurer.
(4) According to sub-section (3), after the improvement of the financial position of the insurer, within five years, the Ministry may sell its share ownership investment through the means of negotiation.
