Section 62
Insurance contract
(1) The insurance contract must be in writing.
(2) Proposals made by the insured for insurance, articles of insurance, schedules thereof and related endorsements shall be considered an integral part of the insurance contract.
(3) When entering into an insurance contract, the insurer and the insured shall clearly inform each other of the factual information regarding the proposed risk based on good faith.
(4) The insurable interest of the insurance offeror must be maintained in the content to be insured. (5) Other arrangements related to the insurance contract shall be as prescribed.
