Section 38
Insurance Fund
(1) The insurer shall arrange the insurance fund in the amount and ratio determined by the authority.
(2) The insurer shall keep a separate fund as prescribed for risk management of each type of insurance (portfolio).
(3) In a fund related to one type of insurance type (portfolio), the amount related to another type of insurance type (portfolio) cannot be deposited or the liability can be discharged from such fund.
