Insurance Arbitration
In case any dispute arises between licensed insurers or insurance intermediaries or between insurers, intermediaries or other parties of insurance and cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, at the request of one of the parties involved in the dispute or at the initiative of the Authority, the resolution of the dispute shall be determined by mediation by the Authority. can do
