Section 142
Not being able to do business related to insurance
If the license of any director, officer or employee of the insurer or any insurance agent, insurance intermediary is suspended or if a case is filed against him in the court in a case related to an offense under section 140, until the suspension is lifted or until such case is finally settled, such director, officer, executive head, consultant or employee or insurance intermediary shall not perform any act related to insurance business.
