Section 233
Not to be tested on the human body without consent

(1) When a person who is entitled to treatment according to the law conducts any treatment-related method, chirfar or drug test on the human body, the concerned person and children or persons who are not at home, without the consent of their parents or guardians and without informing such person or parents or guardians about the matter. However, in the event of a disaster or a road accident, or in the event that the immediate consent of the father, mother, or guardian of the concerned person cannot be obtained or the information cannot be given, there will be no obstacle to immediate treatment or limb amputation to save the life of such a person.
(2) When testing according to sub-section (1), it should be done carefully considering the possible effect of such method, drug or medicine on the human body.
(3) No one shall perform physical examination or change the organs of any person with the intention of taking undue financial advantage or violating the privacy of a woman or with any other intention.
(4) A person who conducts an examination contrary to subsection (1), (2) or (3) shall be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(5) The death of someone due to the commission of an offense under sub-section (1), (2) or (3) shall be punished in the same way as death, and in case of dismemberment, the punishment shall be the same as in case of mutilation.
