Rule 192
Statements and information by the Minister
(1) The minister may give a statement or information in the meeting with the permission of the chairman on matters of public importance. (2) Questions may be asked focusing on the subject with the permission of the chairman on the statement or information given in accordance with sub-rule (1) and the responsibility of answering such questions shall be on the minister concerned.
