(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in Clause (b) of Sub-rule (1) of Rule 9, the Ministry may directly consult the Attorney General regarding questions regarding the interpretation of laws arising in the course of government proceedings.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if a ministry requests consultation with the Attorney General, such ministry shall also inform the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and the Attorney General shall also give a copy of the opinion expressed by him to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
