Human immunodeficiency virus (H

). (1) Any person, knowing that he or any other person is infected with HIV or Hepatitis B, donates his blood or causes it to be administered to such person with the intention of transmitting such disease to any person or without taking any prior precautions. Do not have sexual contact with anyone or in any way send the blood, semen, saliva, spit or any human body of a person like you into another's body.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to ten years and fined up to one lakh rupees. However, if the disease is transmitted through negligence or carelessness without the intention to transmit it, he will be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(3) If the victim himself has had sexual contact with a person who is infected with the human immunodeficiency virus or hepatitis B virus, the person who is infected with such virus shall not be deemed to have committed an offense under this section.
