Section 147
Hearing Officer and Execution of Decision
(1) The court designated by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette shall have the authority to process and dispose of cases related to offenses under Section 140.
(2) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), the authority itself may investigate or investigate and take action and punishment in relation to other works prohibited under this Act.
(3) For the purposes mentioned in sub-section (2), the Authority shall have the same powers as the District Court in addition to the powers conferred by the rules made under this Act. (4) In accordance with this Act, the application or appeal before the High Court shall be heard by the Commercial Bench of the concerned High Court.
