Rule 130
Estimate of Revenue and Expenditure
- (1) In accordance with Article 119 of the Constitution, the Minister of Finance shall present the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure in the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament. A copy of the annual estimate shall be tabulated. (3) The annual estimate of revenue and expenditure shall not be discussed on the day it is tabulated.
