Rule 185
Resignation
(1) The President may resign from his position by addressing the Vice President. The vice-chairman or member may resign from his position by addressing the chairman. (2) The resignation given in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be read out in the meeting by the person presiding. In the event that the meeting is not in progress, it will be published in the notice and publicized.
