Rule 128
Bill withdrawn with message from the President
(1) According to clause (3) of Article 113 of the Constitution, if the bill is returned from the President with a message for reconsideration, if the session is in progress, the Secretary General or in his absence, the secretary will inform the assembly and if the session is not in session, it will be published in the notice. (2) According to sub-rule (1) After giving the information about the received bill to the House, in any meeting held, the member introducing such bill may present any of the following proposals. Other related procedures will be according to this paragraph.
