The National Planning Commission should be consulted before taking a decision on the following matters:-
(a) Objectives and targets of the projects included in the periodic and annual plans should be revised (B) Feasibility study of major projects and subject to conduct master plans,  (B1) Subject to formulation, modification or revision of national policy,
(c) Subjects that need to be modified or revised in the implementation of national priority projects (d) Subject to conduct new program than the approved budget and program.
