Section 152
Don't insult the national heritage
(1) No one should knowingly hate, insult or denigrate the national monuments designated by the Government of Nepal, destroy such monuments, pillars or monuments or cause harm or damage. .
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
