(1) The leader of the political party represented in the National Assembly shall provide the following details to the secretariat in the format as per schedule-6 within seven days from the date of commencement of this regulation:-(a) Names and details of members of his party, (b) Members authorized to audit the party on behalf of the secretariat with the secretariat. Names and signatures of at most two members, (c) a copy of the statutes or rules of the respective political party, and (d) a copy of the separate statutes or rules of the respective parliamentary party. (2) If a party is formed during the term of the assembly, the leader of that party shall give the details as per sub-rule (1) generally within seven days of its formation. (3) Sub-rule If there is any change in the details as per (1), the leader of the party shall give the details to the secretariat within seven days from the date of such change.
