Section 23
Audit Committee
(1) The committee shall constitute an audit committee as follows to be responsible to itself:-
(a) One director-coordinator appointed by the committee (b) One expert in the relevant subject appointed by the committee- member. (2) The head of the department in charge of the internal audit of the authority shall act as the secretary of the audit committee. (3) The provisions regarding the work, duties and rights of the audit committee as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
