Rule 116
Bill can be withdrawn
(1) If the member introducing the bill wants to submit a motion seeking permission to withdraw the bill, he must give one day's notice in advance. The report will be submitted to the meeting. (3) With the permission of the chairman, the proposing member who withdraws the bill will present the proposal at the meeting of the assembly. (5) In order to obtain the House's recommendation to withdraw a bill that originated in the House of Representatives and is under consideration in the National Assembly, the presenting member shall be allowed to submit a proposal and if such proposal is accepted by the House and the House of Representatives also agrees, the presenting member shall submit the bill. Can present a proposal to withdraw.
