Rule 167
Special Committee
(1) In order to smoothly carry out the work to be done by the Assembly under the constitution and these regulations, the Assembly may, after passing a resolution, form a special committee as necessary. The chairman will present the proposal along with the list of the members who will be in the committee as mentioned. (3) The special committee will be automatically dissolved after the work is finished.
