(1) If any member feels that the privilege of the assembly has been violated, he must give a written notice to the Secretary, opening the necessary grounds regarding the question of the violation of the privilege. If such notice is given on the basis of any document, that document must be filed and if the document cannot be obtained, the act of violation of privilege and the location of the document must also be disclosed in the notice. And the chairman will establish a privilege committee in accordance with rule 168 to fix the time period after taking the consent of the assembly.
