Rule 173
How to raise a question of privilege
(1) After the report of the Privileges Committee is presented, the member who wants to raise the question of privilege may request the permission of the meeting after taking the permission of the chairman and giving a brief information about the matter he wants to raise. And if at least six members stand, the permission of the meeting will be considered.
