(d) Chairman and Secretary of Vidyapeeth Professors Association Unit under Nepal Sanskrit University Three members, including at least one woman, among the teachers elected by the Electoral Board on the basis of proportional single transferable vote Explanation: According to this section, the teacher who wants to be a candidate in the election must have been employed in the permanent service of the university for at least fifteen years. For the purpose of this clarification, the permanent service of the university also means the permanent service done in other universities of Nepal. Member

(2) Apart from the elected and ex-officio members, other members of the assembly will be nominated by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Executive Council.

(3) The term of office of the student representative will be one year and other than the ex-officio members. The term of office of other members will be three years.

(4) The person presiding over the assembly shall certify the decision of the meeting of the assembly.
