Rule 147
Thematic Committees
(1) In order to make the government responsible and accountable to the National Assembly, to monitor and evaluate the actions taken by the government and to give necessary instructions or advice, there shall be various committees in the National Assembly in accordance with Article 97 of the Constitution. The name and scope of each committee will be as follows:-No. Name of the Committee Scope Sustainable Development and Good Governance Committee Matters related to the promotion of sustainable and balanced development and good governance authorized by the Government of Nepal. Discussion on the Bill received in the Legislation Management Committee meeting and Bill Management, Act, Implementation Measurement and Study Research. d. Delegated management and government assurance committee Delegated management and government assurance related tasks and national importance document record management issues. Coordination in the development of the state structure under the National Concerns and Coordination Committee, national heritage, human rights and foreign relations, the status of the implementation of treaties, equitable development, backward areas, communities, culture, national pride projects, national security and constitutional commission matters. (2) ) The committee may create and implement the necessary guidelines, procedures, work plans and work schedules in order to carry out the responsibilities under its scope of work in an orderly manner. It should be submitted within one week. However, the reason for the visit should be clearly disclosed when requesting such approval.
