(1) The appointment of the Chancellor of the University shall be for four years at a time on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.

(2) The Chancellor shall be a full-time salaried officer.

(3) In the absence of the Head of Education, the Vice-Chancellor shall appoint the Chancellor-Secretary to carry out the work of the Head of Education. A copy of that decision or order should be sent to the Chancellor.

(5) The academic administration of the university will be under the supervision of the Chancellor.

(6) Other duties, duties and rights of the Chancellor and his remuneration and services. The condition will be as specified.
