Section 19
Appointment to Federal Parliament Service
(1) Federal Parliament Service positions filled through open and internal competition will be appointed only on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission.
(2) The appointment will be made by the Secretary General in accordance with the decision of the Committee in the gazetted position of the Federal Parliament Service and in the non-gazetted position by the Secretariat Secretary in accordance with the decision of the Secretary General.
(3) Notice of appointment of gazetted employees shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
