Rule 206
Motion to extend emergency declaration or order

(1) In accordance with Article 273 of the Constitution, Article 273, Clause (6) of the Constitution, the Prime Minister shall give notice of the proposal to extend the period of the emergency declaration or order to the Secretary General or, in his absence, to the Secretary.
