Rule 79
Notice of Resolution
(1) The proposer of the resolution shall give notice of the resolution he wishes to introduce to the Secretary. Such a resolution proposal can be discussed in a meeting seven days after it is registered in the secretariat. However, a resolution given by a minister can be discussed in a meeting after three days. (2) No member other than the minister can give notice of more than three resolutions in one session without taking the permission of the chairman.
