Section 81
Punishment
If there is a proper and sufficient reason, the following general or special punishment can be imposed on the employee:-
(a) General Punishment:
(1) Giving advice,
(2) Withholding a maximum of two pay increments or withholding promotion for up to two years,
(3) Withholding two to five salary increments or withholding promotions for two to five years.
(b) Special Punishment:
(1) To remove him from service so that he is not disqualified for future Federal Parliament and other government services,
(2) Dismissal from the service so as to be deemed ineligible for future Federal Parliament and other government services.
