Section 11
Oath to be taken
Before starting the work of their position, the chairman and the members appointed in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) of section 6 shall take the oath of office and secrecy in the format as per the schedule before the Minister of Finance of the Government of Nepal.
