Rule 165
Decision on the Committee's scope of work
(1) The committee will only be allowed to discuss, study and monitor matters related to the scope of work assigned to it. (2) If the committee needs to discuss, study and monitor matters that fall within the scope of work of other committees, the prior approval of the chairman should be obtained. (3) Disputes regarding the scope of work of the committee. If so, the decision of the chairman will be final.
