Rule 117
Procedure after presentation of the committee report
1) After presentation of the report of the committee, the report shall be distributed to all the members. (2) Unless otherwise ordered by the chairman, at any time after twenty-four hours after the distribution of the report of the committee, the member introducing the bill may submit any of the following proposals:-(a) ) to discuss the bill with the report, or (b) to send the bill back to the relevant committee with instructions for reconsideration in relation to a specific clause or clauses. (4) If a proposal is submitted in accordance with sub-rule (3), the chairman will give an opportunity to the proposing member and the member introducing the bill to speak, and after both of them have spoken, if the proposing member does not withdraw the proposal, he will submit the proposal for the decision of the assembly without allowing further discussion. (5) The bill If it is decided to send it back to the committee, the bill will be re-considered and sent back to the relevant committee to submit a report. (6) According to sub-rule (5), the committee will consider the bill as soon as possible and present the bill with the corresponding report in the meeting. (7) Sub-rule (6) ) after the report submitted by the committee is distributed to the members, on the day and time specified by the chairman, the presenting member may submit a proposal according to clause (a) of sub-rule (2).
