Rule 159
Report of the Committee
(1) Any report passed by the committee shall be submitted by the chairman to the assembly within ten days when the session of the assembly is in progress. (2) If the chairman does not submit the report to the assembly within the period as per sub-rule (1), any member of the same committee designated by the chairman shall submit the report. (3) Sub-rule (1) And in order to submit the report according to (2), the chairman or the member may give a brief statement regarding the report if he wishes. (4) The subject committee shall submit the report to the assembly containing the work carried out by the committee within three months from the end of the financial year. (5) At the meeting The submitted report shall be implemented by the concerned minister. (6) The committee may monitor and evaluate whether its annual report has been implemented and submit its report to the meeting. The chairman of the relevant committee may give notice of the proposal to the chairman within two days of the submission of such report to discuss the report. (8) If the notice as per sub-rule (7) is received, the chairman will allow the chairman of the relevant committee to submit a proposal to be discussed in a meeting two days later. (9) ) The chairman of the relevant committee may give a brief statement while submitting the proposal. After that, the chairman will determine the time period for the discussion. (10) The discussion will be considered to be over when the relevant minister answers the questions raised in the discussion.
