Rule 152
Committee meeting

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, the chairman of the relevant committee may call the meeting of the committee under this section as needed. However, if one-third of the members of the committee make a written request to the chairman including the subject to be discussed, the meeting shall be convened within five days if the meeting of the committee is adjourned. The date and time of the sitting shall be specified. (2) The chairman shall preside over the meeting of the committee and in his absence, the senior member among the members present in the meeting of the committee shall preside. 4) If the meeting of the committee or sub-committee has to be held outside the premises, the chairman must obtain the written permission of the chairman. The work to be done and the period for completion of that work should be specified.
